Of all the dentists I have gone to in my life Dr. Schwalbach is one of the best. The staff are also professional and personable. I had another crown put on just yesterday and after a single night it isn't even sore. I cannot recommend them enough. My children and I have come here for years and are happy to continue to.

They are very patient with people like me that have anxiety when visiting the dentist. I feel comfortable going there. The staff is so friendly and helpful. My husband and I highly recommend them to our friends.

I had lived in Chillicothe back in 2022 until November of 2023. I went to this office and immediately loved it. I now live in Troy and drove 99 miles to go back to them. From the check in to cleaning was excellent. They are so gentle and caring of your concerns.

I do not recommend this practice if you would like to talk to an actual person before making an appointment. This practice never returned my phone call despite me specifically mentioning that I had been diagnosed with two abscessed teeth by a dentist while traveling out of state. Additionally, they use an AI receptionist so at no point do you get to interact with a human being.
