Ching’s pediatrics

Dr. Ching, Dr. Christmas, and only one of the front desk workers (sorry, cant remember her name) are great, however the rest of the staff makes visits unbearable. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and upset about any and all requests made. We visited recently due to both my kids being very sick. When explaining their symptoms, the doctor who saw us seemed like she had better things to do. She was very short and seemed unconcerned about my kids health. She rushed everything, did a swab on only one of them, then left. When she came back, all she said was "RSV" and then sent us on our way. She prescribed medication and said they sent the request to the pharmacist. I tried making sure they sent it to the correct one and even told them the entire address of the correct pharmacy, which they wrote do

Dr. Ching is very nice especially to the kids. She is helpful as well as knowledgeable and listens to concerns from parents as well. The nurses are helpful and nice. The rooms are big enough to fit the family as well as themselves. It was really easy to set up an appointment and didn't wait long neither. Definetly would recommend for children to come here and i'm glad to have made the change.
