We’ve been going to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia allergy department for a few years now with my daughter, and I truly couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received. The doctors and specialists are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. We’ve completed several food challenges and follow-up appointments, and each step was handled with such professionalism and reassurance. I’m especially grateful that my daughter successfully passed multiple full challenges — it gives me real peace of mind being able to safely introduce those foods into her diet. Having such high-quality doctors caring for my child has made all the difference for our family. I would highly recommend this department to any parent looking for expert allergy care.

Hope lives here! This is an amazing outpatient center, and the care that they offer is unlike anywhere else. I go here for checkups occasionally, and the doctors and nurses are amazing! They absolutely saved my life.

Visit the Exercise Stress Test part. Pleasant staff. Literally was there for no more than 45 to 60 minutes. My only issue was that I am from New Jersey and the roads in Philadelphia are different from what I am used to. Very confusing how to enter the building. But I was able to ask 2 parking attendants where I was going.🙏🏾 Now once we enter the parking garage is where it really gets hectic!. We drove for 30 minutes in the garage trying to find a place to park. The best parking was for the disabled and they have plenty of parking!❤️ Once we parked then it was much easier. The appointment was for 10am, check in was for 9:30 but due to limited parking we didn't get to the floor til 9:40. But we made it. A good point is to make sure you grab your ticket when entering to park and get it stampe

Having the most ridiculous experience trying to get my just diagnosed Type 1 diabetes child into CHOP's diabetes and endocrine practice (as existing CHOP patients). At the time of diagnosis, our Chop PCP sent us to Nemours ER b/c it was the closest to our location at the time (he was only seen as inpatient and not as an established patient). Now CHOP refuses to see us, saying that we selected Nemours. We went to the ER, we are Chop patients. I called, emailed, the head of our Chop practice submitted an urgent referral, she also called Chop endocrine docs to get us in. No one has responded or called back, we get some vague email stating we are transfers? He was just diagnosed a few days ago. This is a nightmare and they do not care about my son's well being. A woman just called (the coordin

We have been here far too many times than we'd care for, so we definitely appreciate the ease of parking and access to get to appointments quickly. Everyone from the lobby, security to the medical teams are nothing but courteous and professional. They do everything so your focus remains on your child. There are wait times to be expected depending on the number of appointments and the time scheduled. We suggest always taking early spots, but be wary of traffic getting in.
