CHOP Specialty Care Center at King of Prussia Allergy Department

We took our daughter to the ER here after persistent stomach pains. She had a ruptured appendix and had to get an appendectomy done. The entire staff here was sweet with her, helpful, and patient with us as we asked our questions. One of the nurses even helped me call down after the nerves got to me after the surgery. They held our daughter for 5 days after. Everyone here was wonderful, and I can't find anything negative to say.

Her with my kid. no one in er got in to what they call overflow room .1.50 hrs later Doctor came in ordered x-ray 2.0 hrs later they took x-rays. When asking when they were doing the x-rays they were not nice keep saying soon.after x-rays were done still over 1hr to read them.

We had a great experience. The doctor and staff took their time with us and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this office.

Rude staff, rude nurses , neglecting my child I wouldn’t come here again if it was my last option
