The office staff is so kind and understanding. Dr. Yu is amazing, Doc listens to your issues with your health in a caring manner. Not many Doctors left like her. Christine Yu performed an esophageal dilation on me over 5 years ago and I still am in pain everyday. Went to her for an irritation in my throat due to acid reflux from stress at work. After Christine Yu performed the esophageal dilation, at Geneva general, I was in more pain and irritation than ever before. After consulting with my PCP we scheduled for an appointment with a neurologist and it was then discovered that C6 and C7 vertebrae were pinched and damaged enough for the neurologist to be completely taken aback. The neurologist said that, do to my young age- 29 at the time- he wouldn't suggest plates in my neck but if I was older than that would be his course of action.
