I had a great experience at Northampton Implant and Family Dentistry. Lynn did a deep cleaning on me and I admit I was nervous. It was Painless and she was very thorough. I didn’t even have to take any pain meds! Every one is so friendly especially the office manager Helen Pennell! There was no wait and it’s so clean and all renovated. If you are looking for a wonderful Dental practice I would definitely recommend them!

The receptionist was really kind and helpful! Knowledgeable and very helpful in regards to insurance! The hygienist made me feel very welcomed and made my experience delightful (coming from someone very apprehensive in regards to dentistry). Cleaning was painless and quick. Dr was very straightforward and to the point without being harsh while being honest and optimistic! I appreciate his knowledge and am very happy to be coming here for my dentistry needs. I will be recommending to everyone! A+ , 10/10 experience.

I Can’t say enough about my positive experiences I had with this office , especially Dr.Kim.. I have dental anxiety and had 5 missing molars . I met with 4 different dentists around Northhampton for a consultation. Dr Kim listened to my concerns and took time to explain what our plan was one at a time and explained me in my language why he has to things in certain ways .. he gave me a discount and the his prices for the implants I needed was only 2/3 of what other dentists wanted to charge me . He also said , as long as I take care of implants with regular cleanings I need , it comes with life time warranty ! He was probably joking but he was very confident!!
