Cincy Arthritis

Worst experience ever! Doctor only cares about money. She ordered 3 x-rays that cost me thousands and blood work that cost me 700.00 then scheduled for a month out. I live 2 counties away, and have to take a half a day off work for an appointment and she turns me away because I didn't have not just my copay( which I have a deductible, not a copay anyway) but past due amount from went their card machine didn't work on my first visit and they haven't billed me. Although, they want 80.00 plus a 20.00 copay, my EBO states after my deductible, it I should only pay 40.00. Anyway, she refused to see me, and sent me paying. Could care less about my pain and my abnormal labs and results. I will be following thru with this with my insurance company and the medical board. Terrible Terrible doctor!

Although the Dr. was unable to offer any help in any sort of way regarding my very very painful and so very rare condition [I have Celine Dion's extremely rare DX of Stiff Person Syndrome], she was yet so extremely compassionate in speaking with me. I was quite sure the situation was hopeless, [I was correct] yet she offered her sincerest compassionate heart in explaining the situation to me. It meant the world to me! Compassion speaks volumes to those who suffer with no relief possible.

TLDR; totally dismissed me, I saw another rheumatologist, diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis, finally feeling relief after crying following the appointment with the rude Dr who couldn’t give me the time of day. I shared a very detailed history of my joint and muscle pain; I have had Crohn’s disease for the majority of my life (15/23 years) and that entire time have suffered from unexplained and untreated pain. I spoke to the training doctor for at least 30 minutes about my concerns, the doctor came in and said “it’s just Crohn’s, take ibuprofen”. I reminded her I can’t take ibuprofen with Crohn’s, at this point I was crying for being totally dismissed after finally feeling I may find a good doctor. She prescribed a very low dose (2 mg) muscle relaxer because I was crying, and that was

Dr. Adhikari and her team are outstanding. My life has dramatically improved thanks to the care they have prescribed for me. They are accommodating to my needs and understanding to my feelings. I highly recommend going to Cincy Arthritis and start living your life again!

Dr. Adhikari is extremely nice and her entire team! She took her time with me and was very caring.
