I will give them a five-star for sure they are so nice I don't understand how some people complain they don't do anything but give you your medication on time I have went too many pharmacies and they ALWAYS treated me bad because I have mental health issues.most places judge n think ur like the people who make mental health a 'bad rep' this pharmacy doesn't judge , has never made me feel any kind of way! There amazing and So fast! Easy and friendly !!!! So greatful for a GREAT pharmacy! Best around I'll say!! ❤️ They always are private which I like!

Taylor and the Citizens Pharmacy Team are exceptional! I had to get specialized formula (Elecare) for my newborn son and Citizens Pharmacy was one of the only places that carried it. They would usually ship the formula to me, but I would go pick it up sometimes too. Taylor and his team were always so helpful. Many times the team would ask if I needed help to my car (with the box and two little children it was a lot!) and whenever I had to call to request more they were quick, responsive, and very helpful. Taylor specifically has always been amazing with customer service and treating customers/patients professionally and kindly. I haven’t needed a pharmacy recently, but if I did I would use Citizens Pharmacy. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you all for the work that you do!

Customer service there the women are rude and ignorant sometimes! Always acting like they're sick and tired of their jobs! They act like they don't want to be there! Also pharmacists are sometimes rude! They act as if they're above everything and everyone! And why does my elderly mother have to wait for them to order yes I said order medicine they should have in stock knowing people are going to need this medication! I have never heard of a pharmacy having to order something when this woman has literally been going there for 10 to 15 years now and getting her medicine you should always have that stuff stocked for no matter what it is or whom it's for never heard of someone ever having to wait or even run out of a medication because the pharmacy doesn't have it in stock whoever is in charge
