Customer Reviews
I went in today to be seen for a common cold, and the customer service I received was honestly the best I’ve experienced in a long time. Thank you to Laura for being so kind and welcoming while taking my vitals. She took her time, was patient, and had such a positive attitude. A huge thank you as well to PA Sameelah Reed — she is absolutely amazing. She was so caring and attentive, truly listened to everything I mentioned, and made sure to address and check every concern I had. She was so good that I literally asked her if she planned on opening her own private practice! The receptionists at check-in were also very pleasant and welcoming. I’ve been coming to this urgent care for over 15 years, and I can honestly say this is the best treatment I’ve ever received from an entire staff as a
The front desk was extremely nice and welcoming, as well as the nurse who walked me into the room and got me prepared to see the doctor. My experience was great until it was time for the doctor to see me. It was an older lady I forgot her name, but super unprofessional and rude. Seemed like she doesn’t like her job, and like she doesn’t want to help people. Bro you are a doctor, people are trusting you with their lives show some decency. She ended up sending me to the ER for appendicitis, so she did do her job I guess. But the way she did it was rude, barely let me answer her questions, gave me attitude, and seemed like she just quickly wanted to move on from me. When she said I have to go to the ER, I immediately said ok cause I didn’t even want to be in her presence anymore, she made me
They need to be investigated by the New Jersey Office of the Insurance Fraud Prosecutor, the New Jersey Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, or the United States HHS Office of Inspector General for their UNFAIR AND UNETHICAL billing practices. I went and needed a staple put in. I just moved here and went as it was an emergency. Once I got there I found out my insurance was out of network, so they had me pay the self pay rate of $225 (no issue here-i understand what that mean & can send the claim to my insurance myself). The doctor was very nice. The MD said we needed to come back in 5 days to have the staple removed. We explained to him that we were out of network, so unless it was included in the initial visit that we would go somewhere else to have the staple taken out. He checked with the front
Front desk was nice, the nurse practitioner was great but the lady doctor/provider that saw my child at night urgent care was awful! That’s who you really go to see at urgent care. Who cares about a clean space or staff if the doctors don’t know how to do their job. The doctor didn’t answer any of my questions properly. She was unprofessional and rude. Never ever going to this place again. Royal waste of time. No proper check ups, no proper answers, personal attacks and useless diagnosis.
I visited the CityMD at 2317 US-22 in Union on 11/19/25 for a school physical and drug test. The drug test was completed, but the staff gave me multiple excuses for why the doctor supposedly “couldn’t” complete my school physical. None of the reasons made sense, especially because this is a very routine form. I asked the woman who did my drug test if I could speak to the doctor to clarify my form, and she refused, telling me, “Sorry, the doctor will not sign this,” and insisting they had already “read it.” I was also told “we don’t do that here,” referring to a basic head-to-toe exam. That didn’t make sense because I watched another patient receiving a vision test, which is part of a physical exam, convincing me it was all DISCRIMINATION. To confirm whether this was real policy, I went t
