Clarkstown Pediatrics

Clarkstown pediatrics is now part of northwell Hospital. I decided to bring my newborn here because of the location and flexibility of the clinic ( late hours/Saturday clinic/ on call services). My son's pediatrician is Dr. Samuel DO, and she is great so far!. Exceptional bedside manner with my son, very thorough and answer all my questions. The nursing and clerical staff are also very nice and accommodating.

This place is amazing and professional and the staff is great! Dr. Donovan is the best doctor. She’s sweet compassionate and really cares for children like they are her own. I highly recommend her My kids love her as well ❤️ I don’t know how this place has one star reviews

Not sure why the reviews here are anything below a 5 star. Been bringing my kids here for over 10 years and everyone here is fantastic. It did take us a few doctors to find the right fit for all of us. I have a 13 year old son and an 11 year old daughter. Dr Rockower is the absolute best and we’ve never had an issue with any other staff member or receptionist. And I drive 30 mins from NJ to get here. Highly recommend.

Poor communication and etiquette dealing with customers!!! Called to check if they accept walk ins. She then asked me if this is a sign ouyine check or check up. Told her we want a consult for my daughter’s sore throat and temp. She ask my daughter’s name and birthday and she confirmed that we had a record from last year. She scheduled us with Dr. Quinn as we are 5 mins away. We arrived at the office and the receptionist told us we dont have a record and was not scheduled today. So she aked me the person i spoke to earlier on the phone and lo and behold she stated she pulled up a wrong patient and said I did not have a record of my daughter at their clinic and had the GALL to blame me that i forgot to tell them that we are new patient there. After i gave her my daughter’s name and birthday

This place is a hit or miss with the doctors. We really liked Dr. Karassik, he was nice and very patient. Recently received a bill, Clarkstown was no help in explaining why we have a bill. Spoke to insurance only to find out that the doctor we saw was not in network. At no point were we informed of this or given the option to see someone else. We have always been in network (prior to their merge with Northwell). Glad we left.
