Without a doubt, you are going to get the best possible care from Charles at Clear Choice Hearing Center. I saw an audiologist at MD Anderson as well, and they barely gave me 20 minutes of time. Charles is THOROUGH and so, so dedicated to each patient's care. After my brain surgery, despite working with world-class providers, no one was interested in helping me preserve the hearing I had left - no one except Charles. He did a thorough assessment, found that I did still have some hearing in my affected ear, and made hearing aids for me. These hearing aids have helped me preserve the hearing I have left, which is huge. He has invested a lot of time and thought in teaching me how to use them and setting them up to work in noisy environments, then tweaking the settings to make them even bette
I have been seeing Charles McCabe for 17 years. Having hearing aids with excellent service is like having a vehicle with excellent service. Without service either hearing aids or a car something will break down. The car or hearing aids are useless without that type service no matter what you paid . I know many people who have bought high and low price hearing aids and are not as satisfied as I have been. The difference might compare to those who have C-Pap units and gave up until Inspire came along( no mask no hose just sleep) . Charles cares and takes care of his customers. His therapeutic approach is beyond expectations. When I have a glitch I never leave his office without being 100 percent satisfied.
