I just had one of my best (general) doctors appointments ever. I had an AM visit, arrived early, and was seen after a couple minutes. The waiting room was also pretty sensory friendly experience, with comfy seats. Anyways, I came here because I was recommended Dr. Rodriguez… and WOW, I am so happy to now call her my GP. She patiently listening to all my questions and had thoughtful answers (and I had A LOT of questions). She was open to exploring each of my concerns, with seriousness and trust. This very thing was one of the reasons I was recommended to her, in the first place! I can honestly say that Dr. Rodriguez is one of the best doctors I’ve had the pleasure of receiving care from. Very rude and obnoxious office staff. Used to be very friendly.. One of the nurses was so rude I wanted to walk out....Did not have a supervisor working at the time which is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect.for patients. I will be looking for another provider on the near future.

I have been going to to this facility over 20 years. The quality of care has gone down consistently over time to the point where I am looking for other provider options. Doctors have come and gone over the years, getting progressively worse. Dr. Wiegel is mediocre but the staff are what make this place somewhere to avoid. The service is unfriendly, disorganized and frequently behind schedule. The care is old fashioned (and not in a good way). Basically they treat you like they are doing you a favor by being there. Quality, patient-centric healthcare has come a long way in the past 10-15 years. This place never got the memo.

The staff are heartless people who lack consideration and care. I spoke to Claudette who is the office manager and she handled me horribly after I’ve been waiting 10 days to get refill on a much needed medication. I’ve been a patient here for over 5years and the treatment today was poor. The doctor didn’t have availability until April then refused to help me. After the promised me they were going to call in the prescription to my pharmacy. On the tenth day, after I demanded to speak with someone.
