I come to this clinic regularly, and it’s very frustrating that all signs, posters, announcements, and advertisements are only in Spanish. Everything displayed on the walls and bulletin boards is in Spanish — there’s no English version at all. We are in the United States, and it is not normal or acceptable for all public information to be only in Spanish with no English provided. English-speaking patients have no way to read or understand the information being shared. A medical facility should provide bilingual information to serve the whole community. I hope this will be corrected.

I actually didn’t want to leave a star for this clinic. There’s never a sense of urgency. The employees are friendly. However, a clinic environment is suppose to feel like one. This location is a bit unprofessional (private conversations are never private.) You will be waiting for “hours“ before you are seen; “HOURS”! My experience with Dr. McFarlane is lack of a patient/doctor relationship. I believe if a doctor does not have a doctor/patient relationship with his or her client the abilities to listen with understanding will not exist. The doctor can be rude in lots of ways. She comes across as pushy, a know it all and passive. It is as if I have become a child in her presence. Other then that the clinic is always clean and the security guard is always welcoming..

Omg, The primary care providet she lies to the patients, telling you that the manager is coming at 8,30 to give a referral, but the manager was at 8 ready to do the referral. Always you go to her with a problem, always she tells you everything is fine, she treats you like a dog.She makes the place to be horrible. Just needed a referral, with such a problem she gave it to me, with such a bad attitude.Please don't go to this place. Horrible service, horrible attitude!

Had an amazing experience from the minute I entered, the nurse was super caring and attentive to my responses. Dr. Echegoyen made me feel i was being listened and taken care, very sweet. Mirle in referrals also super professional, and with lots of patience, she explained everything i had to do.

I left a Review about 11 months ago and at the Time everything was upside Down but as of today they have done a Whole 360 for the better. Staff are very attentive, Communication is Good, and I can say that I'll be looking forward to Continuing having them as my Primary Clinic.
