The telephone communications and replies on MyChart are not great. Having said that, I have to give big kudos for their work. And that's why we go there, right? Dr Bhimreddy is an incredibly talented surgeon. I had a complicated spinal surgery and it was supposed to be one of a possible three surgeries. He fixed everything in one surgery and my recovery was a complete success. Highly recommend this organization!

Dr. Kim was recommended to me by my family doctor, but every time I try to call to make an appointment I just sit on hold and nobody picks up (my record is 30 minutes during a lunch break). Edit: Finally got through after a 28 minute wait, just to be told that they are referral only. Even though their phone menu says, “To schedule an appointment, press 1”.

[EDIT] You have to call stupidly early in order to get a hold of someone, however this isn't the issue I have with the Miami Valley South Clinical Neuroscience Institute, my NEXT issue is that I have yet to receive a call from my doctor nor his nursing staff for a follow up appointment after I got my spinal tap done on the 3rd of July and then a blood patch on the 9th of July, the whole point of getting the spinal tap done in the first place was to relieve some of the spinal fluid that may or may not have contributed to my migraines. Surprise surprise, I'm still getting the migraines and some of them feel oddly like the spinal headache I had to endure after the procedure for nearly a week!! Absolute radio silence, and I haven't gotten any kind of follow up email on my MyChart from him e

I have been a sufferer of chronic migraine for most of my life. Dr Kim and his staff have shown me more compassion and better quality of care than I’ve received at any other neurology clinic. Dr Kim takes detailed notes and really listens to his patients. It’s been a privilege to be able to be treated by an actual headache expert! Thank you for giving me my life back!
