The CMC Pediatric Conway care team is truly exceptional. From the moment we walk in, we’re treated with kindness, patience, and genuine care. Michelle, MPA, and Ellen, MPA, are absolutely amazing — knowledgeable, compassionate, and always willing to take the time to explain everything and make sure we feel heard. The nurses are just as wonderful — friendly, attentive, and incredibly supportive every step of the way. You can tell this team truly loves what they do and cares deeply about their patients. A special thank you to our primary doctor, Dr. Nichols, who is outstanding. Dr. Nichols is thorough, understanding, and makes every visit feel comfortable and reassuring. We always leave feeling confident and grateful for the care we receive. I can’t recommend CMC Pediatric Conway enough.

Best care from Michele makingappointments to Dr Nichols’s care and expertise. Even at ck out they are the best . Dr. Nickols treated my daughter and navigate it till we got the right prescription. He was so good to her. He saw her till she was 20. now my grandchildren see him they are eight and 10 years old. They love him feel comfortable with him. I have to say he’s one of the best doctors I’ve ever had , great with children.!

Highly recommended have been taking my children here for years! Michelle is always inviting at check in! She never forgets who is who so we don’t feel like just a number more like friends and family also very professional! Mrs Ayden our nurse who took care of vitals was pleasant and nice! 10/10 of course for Doctor Nichols he always takes the time to talk to my children about how school is going and sports! He is a great pediatrician very knowledgeable! Check out is always smooth and easy thanks to Ellen! Thank you all for always taking care of my kids health needs!

The absolute best place to bring your child. Everyone is always so friendly. I absolutely love Dr. Nichols. I am thankful for him and his team! He listens to your concerns and doesn’t rush you. I just cannot tell you what a blessing this place has been for us!

Absolutely love this doctor’s office for all four of my children. My kids have been seeing Dr. Nichols for at least 15 years now, not only is he great the nurses and the front staff are so welcoming, friendly and amazing!!! 100 percent recommend , they actually listen to what the parents have to say.
