Very comfortable environment. Professional. Office is very well run, seems to run on time which is huge when you’re bringing an elderly patient. Very skilled to ensure minimal scarring in a very difficult area. All and all I would recommend this practice to everyone.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care I received at Coastal Dermatology & Cosmetic Center under the care of Dr. Luo and her team. It was my first experience having skin cancer and Mohs surgery on my scalp. I was extremely nervous and very anxious approaching the procedure. I was seen right on time of my appointment so I was not left to sit and wait and worry. Dr. Luo and her assistant quickly put me at ease with their caring and friendly personalities. I quickly lost some of my fear when I met the very knowledgeable Dr. Luo. She explained everything that would happen during the surgery and graciously answered every question I had. I felt very comfortable during the procedure and experienced no pain or discomfort. Dr. Luo and her assistant made me feel more relaxed than I ever expected

I've been dealing with skin cancers on my face for years. My favorite Mohs Surgeon retired and I was worried because of had a bad experience in the past. Dr. Luo was new to me but wow am I impressed. With a very tricky location just next to a scar from a past skin cancer she worked some kind of wizardry and the surgical site that went up the side of my nose, under my lower eye lashes and tacking onto the end of my brow bone. Shocking to say the least. But just over 2 months later it's almost invisible with no changes to my eye shape or cheekbone area. I'm amazed when I look in the mirror. Super thrilled. Excellent explanations of what would happen and I just felt very trusting that it was going to be ok. And it's exceeded my expectations. Very talented surgeon.

Excellent experience! Second time I had to have Mose surgery and the procedure was done with no pain felt. Dr Luo & her assistant, Amanda, were wonderful and make you feel so at ease. Their friendliness helps to calm you down. I would definitely recommend this practice if you are seeking a professional, friendly atmosphere. The office staff also deserves five stars.
