Recently, while attempting to schedule my annual radiology service, I encountered a process that appeared to prioritize financial protocols over patient access and care. On my first day of calls, I was told I could not schedule an appointment because there was no order on file. After obtaining and faxing the order to radiology, I called again—only to learn that the order still was not in my chart. During that call, I was informed that scheduling could not proceed until several administrative and financial steps were completed: verifying with insurance that I wasn’t attempting to repeat the procedure within the year, confirming billing details, and contacting accounting to ensure payment. By the end of the day, I still did not have an appointment. The following day, I spent nearly thirty

My wife had a procedure with Dr. Williams, filled out the entry paper work and insurance information, received a bill from Dr. Williams for just over $6,000.00, figured everything was good 6 months later, collections is calling us in part of Cody Hospital (they had our number), saying we hadn't paid our bill. Cody Regional Health never entered our updated address in the system that we filled out when we checked in, and were sending the bill to an address we haven't lived at for 8 years. Cody had our number, a very simple call could have resolved this. My wife asked about us never receiving the bill, never receiving a phone call, and was told it was too late. Give me a break. Send a bill, get a payment. Every other business can handle this. Go to Billings, Powell, anywhere else. We calle

This place provided by far the best care l have ever received at a hospital. I was greeted by the registrar who was very kind and concerned. When called to triage by the nurse he was respectful and had a plan in place immediately. Upon arriving to my room the doctor was there waiting for me and assessed me and placed orders. The nurse worked quickly and made sure that l was comfortable at all times. The doctor was great about checking in with me and keeping me updated. The overall experience was exceptional. I wish l could remember the nurse and doctor’s names. They deserve an award!!🥇

Had an emergency medical issue and went to the ER. What an exceptional ER and staff. They got me right in and took great care of me. Diagnosed my issue(Kidney stone) and treated me and was on my way to recovery. I just wanted to say what a great hospital and ER staff. Highly recommend this hospital if you need help.

When you're facing stage 4B cervical cancer, the world becomes a blur of hospital beds, sleepless nights, and uncertain mornings. I found myself admitted to Cody Regional Hospital more times than I can count — sometimes it felt like every other day. But not once — not once — was I ever met with anything less than dignity, compassion, and grace. In a time when my body was failing and fear was loud, this hospital became more than a medical facility. It became a place of refuge. A place where I was seen, not as a diagnosis or a number, but as a whole person — hurting, fighting, hoping. Every nurse, every doctor, every member of the staff treated me with unwavering respect. They remembered my name. They learned my rhythms. They noticed when I was quiet and knew when I needed a gentle hand o
