Very upsetting. I have been using them since my children's birth. Sick visits used to be $55 but since they sold to Northwell I recieved a $328 bill for a sick visit and the office was closed so they offered a teledoc and I recieved a $1300 bill for a 3 min phone call. This is no way to treat your loyal patrons! You sold your business and I am happy for you but you screwed over the patients. Northwell Health wont even talk to me about the 3 min teledoc bill for $1,300. Disgusting !!!! Beware of this practice if you have a high deductible plan !!!!

The pediatricians and staff are all so kind and patient. They have been able to schedule us in the same day whenever it was urgent. Highly recommend this office.

Have been using this pediatrician for years and now is owned by Northwell. Called on a Saturday morning 9:00 am number 16 in que as my son has a fever and possibly strep. Finally get through at 10:00, and they inform me that they cannot see him until possibly Monday. Not sure what has happened to this practice as they always made additional time for their sick patients, but now since Northwell owns it seems the quality of care is no longer what it was. Waiting 48 hours with an infection of strep is negligent on my son’s physician’s watch and they should be ashamed to say they are practicing medicine.

The doctors are friendly enough, but what truly annoys me is that the only person to ever have introduced themselves was Dr. DiToro. Everyone else from those assistants that weigh your baby at the beginning of the appointment to the doctors and all those random extra people that always come in to the appointment room with them, just walks in and starts going about their business, so I have to either guess which doctor just saw my child or ask one of the unnamed assistants, 'who was that?' I find it very awkward and kind of unprofessional. And who *are* those people that follow the doctor in like a little entourage?? Also I agree with a lot of the other reviews that it takes forever for them to answer their phones. I chose this office because a friend recommended it to me and it's close to

We have been coming to this practice for seven years. Every practitioner is incredibly kind and conscientious. The secretarial staff and nursing staff are also very kind and helpful. Every single time I need a sick visit, they always get my children in for an appointment. We appreciate them so much that even when we moved, we continue to go there despite it being a longer commute. I have had several instances where my children have been very sick and I needed to use the on call doctor. They are always kind on the phone, and never made me feel like it was an inconvenience, but were happy to help. They have excellent recommendations for specialists and additional practitioners when outside consults are needed. Most importantly is the rapport that my children now have with this office. We w
