Cohen Children's Northwell Health Physician Partners General Pediatrics at Dongan Hills

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this office. I called around 5:30 p.m. because my young daughter was in pain from a possible ear infection. A good friend of mine who works at the office assured me there was availability and advised me to call. However, when I spoke to Shannon Murray the medical assistant there, she immediately told me they were fully booked, which turned out to be untrue. Later, I was able to secure a last-minute appointment, as Dr. Tori still had openings. It seemed Shannon Murray was trying to turn away patients to end the day sooner, prioritizing her schedule over patient needs.
