I have to say that the rates on here don’t do justice with the service of this office. I’ve actually been treated by this office myself when I was young with my siblings and now my son comes to this office. With no doubt I knew he will be taken great care of by any provider in the office but DR.CHOW, he is the BEST! Love his knowledge and professionalism, but then at the same time so down to earth that he connects with the kids, he’s so sweet. No question is stupid for him even if he has to repeat him self to us. He makes sure we are aware of everything he is doing to our son and why he needs to order testing and concerns he may have. Anytime I have called this office for him, I get a call the same day if not a few min later from when I call. What I love about this practice is sick kids ar

I don't understand what some of the reviewers are complaining about. I called in on a Friday morning and was given a sick visit appointment for my son without any issues. We arrived on time and were taken care of by the staff and providers in the most caring and professional way. Highly recommended.

Moved to area from Brooklyn. Made our first appointment (9 month checkup) with this group. Upon arrival, I was surprised it was a pediatric office. There was absolutely no indication that children were welcome, at all. It could have easily been a geriatric office. After filling out information, repeating what had already been faxed to us, I was told I had to call the insurance company and switch my PCP before they would see my son. I did that, and we waited. And we waited. And we waited. Waiting in a spartan looking waiting room with a 10 month old is no fun. Finally, a woman came out and grabbed the next record, I was hoping it was ours. Suddenly, another woman walked up and ripped the record from the other woman’s hand and said something that I was not able to hear. The othe

No wonder their rating is 2.6!!! and how fool I am to select this site even after seeing this rating and so of majority of probably will do only to end up giving another bad review if you have that kind of energy left right after changing your kid's diaper. They took weeks to transfer paper work even after forcing me to fill up 18+ pages docs and the same doc to be filled up again by the new office. Above else, my kid was days behind having required vaccines that forced me to get those vaccines within a very short interval.

Dr Mathew is a DOLL. ABSOLUTE DOLL. She treats my son SO GOOD. No condescending tones, talks to him with respect but still as a professional adult physician. She is remarkable, everytime we see her i get an immense sense of pride in my parenting and thoughtful careee bc of who she is. She is heaven sent. We are lucky to have her bc boy have i had run ins with Northwell docs as an employee myself!
