I arrived at the office after finishing my work shift, a routine I have followed for the past 15 years at this particular location. However, the day before my scheduled appointment, I was inundated with phone calls requesting me to change my primary care provider. The previous provider, Bina Comes, had retired, yet my appointment had been booked three weeks in advance without any prior notification to make the change. Upon my arrival, I spent 55 minutes on the phone trying to obtain a reference number as I was informed that I could not be seen without it. To add to the inconvenience, my appointment was rescheduled for 2 hours later due to a lack of availability. Ever since Dr. comes left this office it’s a mess. Everytime I call for an appointment for my son it’s an issue. I called months in advance to schedule my son yearly physical they pushed it off saying he wasn’t due for it. They gave me a date for November I didn’t get a reminder call or email message nothing. I book an appointment online which is still available by the way I call to confirm they said they called me the next day to tell me it wasn’t available still never received a call or message. I asked how can I retrieve my sons records to find another pediatrician where there isn’t an issue to get an appointment she told me I can come in sign a HIPPA form and pay for the records.

It is difficult to come across doctors who are both excellent doctors and have exceptional bedside manners, I can attest that Dr. Powers is both. We followed Dr. Powers from his original location in GB to this practice. We love him and give him the highest recommendations. Additionally, my son had a medical emergency and while I was unable to see his regular doctor, since it was his day off, I was able to see Dr. Laura on one occasion and Dr. Chris on another. I can recommend them both wholeheartedly, they took great care of my son, in a time of need. It is important that I also mention that the support staff and nurses have always been pleasant, respectful and extremely helpful. I was supposed to have my appointment since November when I called in October and they advised me that my daughter does not need an appointment until next year. They are the ones that delayed her wellness appointment. Now I'm at their facility and my daughter is not well and they can't see her as they consider her a "new patient". She is not a new patient. I provided the paperwork as I was told and now they can't see her.

We visit frequently because my daughter is two and seems to get sick alot, this office has been great to our family during these times. We see Dr Laura typically, but any of the other doctors have been great in times she can't see us.
