I can’t say enough wonderful things about this doctor’s office! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The entire staff is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of. The front desk team is organized, helpful, and always willing to answer questions with a smile. The nurses and medical assistants are attentive and compassionate, making every visit smooth and stress-free. The doctor is knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to truly listen and explain everything clearly. Approximately a month ago I contacted this practice for new patient appointments for my daughters. I was told that I had to provide their last physical with their immunizations before making an appointment. I clarified this several times because it sounded strange, but I complied. I called back a week later because I sent the information but never heard anything. I was put hold several times after some back and forth.15 minutes later someone came on to tell me that the entire medical records were needed to make an appointment. This made me uncomfortable, but that day, I made the request of my previous practice.
