Collierville Nursing and Rehabilitation

The staff at Collierville Nursing and Rehab is and has been fantastic for my 95 year old father. They keep me posted on a regular basis with regard to his care, too, and that’s very comforting. I live close and am there almost everyday and they STILL call me with updates. To me, that’s impressive. It’s one thing to be nice and friendly but it’s another thing to provide quality care. They provide both. And it’s very much appreciated.

Please look somewhere else for your loved one’s care…. Staff has stolen my mom’s things multiple times from her room, the fire alarm went off this morning and I called the front desk who do not know their fire protocol. I’ve found dried up stool on the floor a few times, my mom has been wet for several hours a few times so now I come here daily to make sure she’s good and changed. Patients should be changed or at least checked every 2-3 hrs and we’re lucky if they’re changed every 4. The call buttons the patients have is a joke… depending on who is at the main desk on floor will depend on IF the patient is checked on. If you can, keep your loved one’s home and care for them yourselves… Hoping to transition her out of here very soon.

My family has had a wonderful experience with this nursing home. The staff is kind, patient, and truly cares about the residents. The facility is clean, organized, and has a warm atmosphere. My loved one always feels safe and well-supported. Highly recommend!

My aunt recently discharged from Collierville health and rehab and I am glad this is the facility I picked. The staff was very attentive, the DON was very knowledgeable during my care meeting. She went over and beyond to ease my mind about leaving my loved one; even provided me with her personal cell number for any after hour questions. I was very hesitant after reading some of the previous reviews but I am so glad I chose wisely. I highly recommend this facility.

The building is really clean when we first entered. We didn’t know what to expect because of past reviews. But Chances exceeded our expectations during the facility tour. I now feel comfortable with my mom coming here for rehab.
