Dermatologist said my daughter's prescription would need to come from a specialty pharmacy out of town. I expected it to take some time, but arrived at my door 26 hours after the doctor sent in the order. They use the Nimble app to manage orders and payment. I immediately confirmed and paid yesterday shortly after our doctor's appointment to get the ball rolling. I'm still shocked how fast this service was! Very impressed.

Have never had a better experience at a pharmacy. Customer service is excellent, not one time was I made to feel like a burden for inquiring about a expensive medication that is often hard to find in stock.

I placed an order on Sept 24 through their recommended app (NimblRx). It said they would have it ready by the 29th, but it never arrived on that date. The order status didn't change to "delivered" until Oct 3rd - 4 days late! I checked everywhere - all my mail, the front door, around my property - nothing. I waited several more days, but my daughter's prescription was nowhere to be found. When I contacted them, they claimed it was left at the front door and that since they had "proof of delivery," the case was closed. Their solution? If I wanted my daughter's medication, I'd have to pay for it all over again! This is absolutely unacceptable! My daughter needs her medication, and I'm being told to pay twice for something I never received? They take zero responsibility for their delivery fai

Absolutely the worst!!!! Whoever owns the company please watch your video cameras. These employees are more concerned with scrolling on their phones than helping customers. When having an issue with something said incorrectly from an employee , the manager Krista was extremely rude and justifying her employee. Long story short take your business elsewhere. I can believe these kind of people are responsible for this kind of job. Fired!!!!!!’
