I had an extremely disappointing experience with this office, primarily due to a lack of transparency and unprofessional front-desk behavior. I work in the dental field myself, so I understand missed-appointment policies and the importance of communication. However, I was charged $250 for missing a consultation appointment (a fee that was never disclosed to me beforehand, is not listed on their website, and could not be clearly explained when I called to ask about it.) When I asked what their missed appointment fee was, the front desk told me they needed to “look in my chart first,” which makes no sense for a policy that should be standardized and clearly communicated to all patients in advance. I also made the appointment over the phone and never signed anything to agree to said fees. I

I recently had three teeth extracted. I have only praise for the entire Staff. Doctor Roger Spampata was exactly what I expect from an Oral Surgeon. He displayed a calm and caring dimeanor throughout the procedure. He calmed my fears and answered all my questions. His surgical experience is well deserved. He did a superior job. I highly recommend Commonwealth Oral and Facial Surgery to all that are in need of these tooth or teeth related issues.

I saw Dr Wallis for a lump under my tooth. He was caring and compassionate and informed me of my options. He was kind throughout the procedures and made sure to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend Dr Wallis!

My son had oral surgery at the Lansdale office, and the surgeon and hygienist were great. But we were told a parent could stay with him during the procedure, which was not the case the day of. We were also told our dental insurance would be utilized, and instead they billed our medical insurance, who denied claims.

I've been here a couple of times now, and have never had a bad experience. Dr Zega DMD was who I seen last. She was very nice and thoughtful, she even called a couple hours later to make sure everything was fine. Would definitely recommend coming here
