From the very first phone call, I knew Community Dental of Lawnside was the right place for me. I have always struggled with dental anxiety, and even making the call to ask if they accepted my insurance made me nervous. But the kindness, warmth, and genuine positivity I felt from the person on the other end of the phone instantly put me at ease. They were so friendly and happy to help—it honestly felt like they were smiling through the phone! That kind of energy makes such a huge difference, especially for people like me who have anxiety about going to the dentist or medical appointments. When I came in for my emergency visit, the front desk staff greeted me with the same kindness and respect I felt on the phone. Everyone was welcoming and professional, and you could tell they truly cared

This was my second visit to the clinic. I had three wisdom teeth extracted. I want to sincerely thank Dr. Yoo and his amazing assistant for their care and professionalism. After receiving anesthesia, I started feeling a bit anxious and shaky. The assistant was incredibly kind — she comforted me and gently covered me with a blanket to keep me warm. That small gesture made a big difference and helped me relax. Dr. Yoo performed the procedure quickly and skillfully. Even though I arrived 10 minutes late, the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The overall atmosphere in the clinic was calm and supportive, which really helped ease my nerves. I highly recommend Lawnside Community Dental to anyone who values compassionate care and professional service!

I nvr wait long to be seen. They are kind and explain everything they are doing before hand while they are in your mouth for procedures and such. I really dislike going to the dentist but the whole staff makes it a stress-free experience from the front desk to the Dr's and everyone in between. Recommend.

During my visit, multiple staff members made unsolicited comments about my body and assumptions about my activities. It made me uncomfortable and felt unprofessional for a medical setting. I’m reporting it so it doesn’t happen again.

The receptionist was very nice. She called me. I didn’t even know I had an appointment and she reminded me to get my behind in there and I was suffering for months With a bad molar as soon as I got there, they got me in. I had an appointment. The place is nice and clean. The front receptionist was very very nice. The doctor was amazing. They pulled out my wisdom tooth quick and painless. The Asian doctor was so nice definitely I will come here again.
