Community Physician Network, Ob/Gyn

I absolutely love this office, this was the first office I have came to since moving to Greenwood and I love everything about it, the communication, the lady’s and the service. I suffered a miscarriage in February and they supported me very well answered questions and help me through the rough process. I am now pregnant and still they are the sweetest office I’ve ever been too, the ladies in the front all the way to my OB. I will never change my office unless I move. I literally love them!!!

I am a little late writing this review, as I am no longer a patient at this practice. Here's why. Like some of the other comments, don't expect the ladies in the office to call back or even answer the phone when you call. I needed birth control and was told to call when I was ready and had decided what form of medication I wanted. I called 3 times within a week and left messages with NO response whatsoever. I was beyond frustrated but I really needed my birth control. So I had to drive over, enter the office and talk to someone FACE-TO-FACE because no one ever contacted me back. The lady at the front desk was extremely snarky and acted like it was my fault. Again, I should've written this review a little over a year ago. The office cancelled my appointment without even bothering to call me and reschedule - I found out on MyChart and by regular mail. Any time I call them I go to VM with no call back. Doesn’t seem like retaining patients is much of priority. The office should really look at self-scheduling options if this is how they are going to operate (the tool on MyChart is not intuitive and does not include an option to schedule with this office as far as I can tell). I really like the NP I visit with, but I can’t imagine having such a flaky OBGYN when I become pregnant for the first time, so I’ll be looking for a new provider!

I am so incredibly frustrated with this office. If I call to schedule an appointment I'm put on hold or get pushed to voicemail. I called four times between Monday and Friday -- left three voicemails plus a message with the office manager who said she would walk my paper message back to the nurse (b/c she could tell I was frustrated at the prospect of leaving another v/m)-- yet nothing! Prior to this I was considering using Dr. Boyer for when I do get pregnant (because her and the NP are wonderful), but now I will not return. If you are a new expectant mother or looking for a new gyno -- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

After my wife and I were told we lost our pregnancy, we just received a bill for treatment/care that did not take place. Either they tried to sneak this through and are shady as all get out, or they will have a lawyer reaching out regarding a medical malpractice case for using medication without informing us.
