Redundant, irritating automated phone lines that provokes irritation. keeping you from a human. When you finally speak with a human, they clearly are incompetent, and give you FALSE INFO TO MAKE THEIR JOB EASIER. Additionally I was LIED to by staff. Very sad. Had to fight for over 3 hours making numerous phone calls to my insurance and CRA, back to insurance over and over. To find out they just delay making IMMEDIATE appointment's and GETTING Required APPROVAL via insurance because they don't want too. People who generally aren't feeling well have to have imaging done per ORDER OF Doctors and they try and PUT off PRE AUTHORIZATION. This is a bad practice. Shame on you CRA. Sick people RELY on test. I SHOULD never been put through the interference, I was subjected too. Never again.
