I was seen in the radiology department. I had an awful experience with the Doctor/radiologist ( Dr. Levin) she has absolutely no bedside manner, no empathy, not professional at all and was extremely rude to me. My Doctors office is in the same building Dr. Bhatia she is phenomenal, good bed side manner, kind, and has made me comfortable many times along with Ashley Simoni who is the NP. They’re thorough and professional on so many levels!! I will be sure to let them know my experience today and to make sure when I have to be seen again(radiology dept). to schedule my appointments when Dr. Levin is not on the schedule. She needs to do better and maybe learn to have some compassion for patients. Absolutely horrendous.

I have always had nothing but positive experiences with Compass Medical. From Way Back When with my favorite Dr., Dr Shaw, to My Current NP who I consider my Doctor Jenny Wong. The Other Jennifer and Dr Beaupre, I could see any of them and feel completely comfortable. Dr. Patel is Truly a great fit for my son. the medical assistance and check in and out admins are wonderful. Not to mention their Urgent Care (Same Building) is amazing. Phlebotomy and Monogram right in the same building. I was surprised to see negative reviews.

I started going here just this year and Dr Richardson is so sweet, funny, and understanding. The receptionists are sweet as well I remember I called back in November with concerns and this one lady was so hands on she got right back to me and did everything in her power to get me answers I wish I knew her name so I could thank her. I would give 5 stars but the only concern I have is one of the providers I seen before leaked my results. That made me uncomfortable because I don’t remember the last time you can share your patient’s results. Buggin.

Latest review as of 9/3/22: I’ve officially been ill for over a year and I genuinely believe it’s because of compass medical. Most recently they sent an antibiotic prescription to a closed pharmacy and it’s a long weekend. If their office cared, I wonder how many malpractice claims they have at this point. If you scroll down there is someone who they forgot to give Lyme disease medication. So do with that information what you will I don't know where to start. The blatant racial bias, the overwhelming incompetence or the attitude of the staff. I saw Tammy one of the nurse practitioners and she was beyond rude and dismissive she genuinely said to me "I don't have time for this today". I’ve been coming here since I was just a child, I see Dr. Patel who is an awesome doctor and very understanding, I’ve never had any issues at compass medical. I’ve always been treated very well and whenever I have an issue it gets resolved. My only recommendation for the medical center is to give patients more time with the doctor. I feel like I’m on a time crunch from the moment I see my doctor to the minute he leaves. I remember when doctors had a full half hour with each patient, maybe it’s just not like that anymore ?
