Compassionate Primary Care

This is not the place to go if you have complex issues or anything undiagnosed. I would have rated it one star but at least the doctor did thorough labs. After completing my initial visit and labs the only treatment I was offered was vitamins, even though I was experiencing significant symptoms. Then when I tried to discuss next steps and/or a stronger treatment plan I was shut down entirely. And then a week later I landed in the ER for the unresolved issues and I followed up with the provider and I was refused referrals and/or any other treatment. I’m not saying don’t go here but this practice is clearly not equipped for complex issues

I just want to say how thankful I am for my primary care nurse practitioner, Kelly. From day one, she has made me feel comfortable, heard, and truly cared for. She takes her time during every appointment, listens without rushing, and explains everything in a way I can actually understand. What I really appreciate is how she looks at the whole picture she doesn’t just treat symptoms, she focuses on my overall well-being. Whether it’s helping me manage my health conditions or just being there when something new comes up, she’s always patient, kind, and on point with her recommendations. Kelly follows up, remembers details about my health and life, and truly makes you feel like more than just a chart or a number. It’s not easy finding someone in healthcare who genuinely cares and shows it,

Very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. The only secretary always has a know it all attitude and gets an attitude when asked any questions. She jies and manipulates to make herself look like she is the one being treated rudely. Kelly is naïve and unprofessional. This is not a place you want to go to if you want. Good care.

My husband and I have been seeing Kelly since she opened her doors. She is an amazing provider and person. Since I just read her latest review I had to come explain why she is so amazing. She VALUES your time and expects the same in return. She is strick on being on time or early, but she's not your normal doctor who is running 30 minutes or more behind schedule. She is empathetic and understanding. She cares about her patients and treats us like family or friends. Kelly is outspoken and has no problem letting you know how she feels. My husband and I both are so happy we finally found a provider who cares, listens and doesn't treat us like cattle to get a paycheck. Also I can't forget Nav behind the scenes making sure all the referrals, prior auth and answers phones not only for us patient

I cannot speak highly enough of Compassionate Care and the person who personifies the meaning of compassion Kelly Getz. I have been very fortunate to be under Kelly’s care for several years now, her attentive listening skills and genuine concern for my well being has created a trusting relationship I am most grateful for. I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone searching for a health care provider whom you can immediately feel at ease with, Kelly will take as much time as needed at every visit to insure your concerns and questions are addressed. I have referred both family members and friends to Kelly who also have now referred their family members.
