Complete Care at Green Acres

My priority in choosing a rehabilitation center is making sure Mom is released as healed and strong as possible. This is the best rehabilitation facility I have experienced. I have seen and used many caring for my Dad and now my 96 year old Mom. They encourage, challenge, and support Mom daily, all balanced with compassion. The therapists, nurses, aides, food serves, activities team, custodial staff, social workers and management are invested in residents quality of care.. They will always be my first choice for my Mom. She was released feeling stronger than she was before her hospitalization. I am very grateful to everyone.

I just went to visit a friend in this place and I can't say enough how impressed I am. It's beautifully renovated, clean and smells good (unlike other rehabs), the nurses and aides are all nice and friendly . The food is great and my friend the actual patient is so so happy here. They are taking such good care of her and she says the whole team is always available to help with anything. From the administration, to the head of the kitchen and the head nurse they are all always around and always involved. Thank you for the great work you do!!

I paid a visit to a loved one at this facility, and was wowed by all the warmth and empathy that was being shown. My loved seems well taken care of, and would highly recommend this facility to others. I truly recommend Eli as an excellent asset to the residents because he is so warm and caring!

My husband is in the memory care unit while there for physical therapy after falling several times recently. Care is excellent, doctors, nurses and especially the aides.It takes a special kind of person to work in this environment. This unit could definitely use some updating and the food could use some improvement.

The level of care and the services provided to my mother are valued and appreciated. There is a real sense of concern demonstrated by the nursing staff. Kathy and her activities team work very hard to keep residents involved. It is clear that they love what they do!
