Showed up for my first time appointment at the office, sat in the waiting room for 39 min. Even though reception had me email them my insurance cards last week, she still thought it would be a good idea to call my insurance company while I'm in the office only for her to tell me they don't accept my insurance. What was the point of having me email you my insurance card though?

Started going to Dr Frank Sapienza since I was a teenager. Stopped for a bit only when I changed insurance and at that time they didn’t accept it. Now my son sees him as well. He’s a trusted, gentle, good dentist with quite a humor. His staff is very friendly. Mary, the hygienist, is too sweet!

I had my tooth treated in this clinic. A week later the expensive filling fell out and my gums started to rot, this clinic brought in an infection!!!! Avoid this hospital.

Love love love this dentist and hygienist! Plus, there is plenty of parking near this office. Thank you Dr. Frank and the entire staff for always an exceptional experience.
