Office staff i find unpleasant. But Dr's are very friendly and professional. They do their best to help you. Nurse Kim is also great. The front desk staff did not appear welcoming. Communication felt rushed and somewhat dismissive. A more courteous and empathetic approach would greatly improve the patient experience.

I had my first Tele health appointment with Holly Kinnell- Rust. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable. She had reviewed my chart so was able to discuss my condition. She listened to my concerns regarding my conditions and its flare ups and gave me recommendations and how to handle them.

New intake procedure with a professional, was the best discussion I had with a healthcare provider in eons! Holly is awesome.

Doctor Swale's is very nice and very knowledgeable.I am so glad to be working with him with my situation
