Connolly Dermatology - Dover

My first time at this practice. The staff were pleasant; information was collected prior to my visit so check-in at the office was super-fast. Wait time to be called back was non-existent. The doctor took time to listen to my concerns and respond accordingly. I did not feel rushed or disregarded. I would 100% recommend this practice to anyone!

My daughter and I had the pleasure of being seen at the Dover office. I was able to make the appointment with minimal wait time, I was greeted upon arrival, no wait time in the waiting room or in the room waiting to be seen. The entire experience was very professional and very friendly. Everyone was very informative and helpful.

This was my first visit to Connolly Dermatology and first impressions are lasting impressions. I was greeted immediately upon my arrival by a very pleasant receptionist that had excellent customer service and phone etiquette! I was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment time and liked NP Casey immediately. She was very thorough and took her time during my assessment. Prescription was sent electronically to my pharmacy and follow up appt was scheduled in one month. Office staff was very welcoming and efficient.

My son was excited for his first derm appointment, and I was pleased that the reviews were so positive. THEN I received a call the day of his appointment from an employee asking me to bring my minor who's in school into the office earlier. Then stating If I couldn't do that I would have to reschedule for the following week. They stated calling and scheduling his appointment was NOT confirmation of the appointment. They stated they called multiple times, (ONCE that morning) but they never left a message requesting a time change. I'm at work. Basically they intended to shift the blame on us as patients not confirming an appointment that I confirmed when I made it. Totally unprofessional and NOT patient centered at all. This was absolutely a great visit. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.I went to Eden Hill in Dover. Dawn in the waiting area was great. Very helpful for sure. My doctor listened to me and made me feel comfortable, as did Summer. I did not have to wait at all after I got there.Also, got my appointment in two weeks, where other places had up to two months wait. Thank you .
