Physical Therapy staff are very professional and do well in educating and instructing best practice.

Mrs. Boudreaux is an extremely unprofessional nurse practitioner at CTMC who practices medicine without medical ethics: 1. Beneficence: She doesn’t act in the best interest of his patients because she is unwilling to listen to her patients. 2. Non-maleficence: She refuse to provide necessary profiles and accommodations to help her patients. 3. Autonomy: She doesn’t respect her patients’ decisions because she always imposes her own military healthcare opinions to patients. 4. Justice: She is impatient with soldiers coming from countries that are not friendly to the US. I would strongly recommend filling ICE complaints if you have ever had an horrible patient experience with her.

Amazing staff, very friendly and efficient. They are very dedicated to their troops and helping get you right again. HOWEVER, do not under any circumstance be treated by Nurse Patrick Polland, he will be rude, belittle you, threaten you with painful tests if you say you are sick/hurt, and cares nothing for his patients, he is not to be trusted unless you wish to feel in danger/worthless/like an animal.

Friendly staff when you're actually jacked up. I limped in on a Saturday morning with an excruciating pain in my foot. Evidently, they treat you fairly well when they don't think you're malingering. When they realize your foot is actually broken, they roll out the red carpet.

Very rude. Accustomed to talking to new trainees but not prior service. Can’t disrespect everybody you encounter
