I can’t say enough positive things about Dr Bryan and co. I had a spine surgery a few years ago and could never get all the way back without something hurting. After 8 sessions, I can finally say I’m back! We worked on mobility and strength over time and I’m finally back in shape and playing basketball again. Other PT will never compare to Continuum. Do yourself a favor and go see them!

I had an excellent experience at Continuum working with Dr. Nick -- I am a distance runner that came in with an injury that developed with overuse. I had completely stopped running. Dr. Nick correctly identified weaknesses and developed a structured program that was unique to my goals. After four months, I am happy to say my mobility is better than pre-injury, and I'm back to challenging runs -- most importantly, I learned how to progress my workouts independently to prevent injury in the future. I cannot possibly recommend Continuum enough if you are serious about getting back to your sport.

Top-tier place that I cannot recommend highly enough. Don’t overthink it — just go and watch your improvement happen. Starting PT with Dr. Bryan was life-changing. After dealing with plantar fasciitis for almost 18 months, I thought it was just something I’d have to live with. Continuum is an amazing facility with great staff. The physical therapy approach here is the best there is. Last November I strained my calf pretty bad playing in an adult men’s soccer game. Dr. Bryan had me back up and running stronger than before. There are no hacks or shortcuts with Dr. Nick and Dr. Bryan. They show you the right way to get to the root issue and strengthen it for the long term. No bandaids no fancy machines, just consistency and hard work. They push you to be better and they’ve helped me through a few injuries physically and mentally. I’d give this place ten stars if I could.
