ConvenientMD Urgent Care

I had a great experience at ConvenientMD. The staff was kind, attentive, and made me feel genuinely cared for from the moment I walked in. I was seen quickly, everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed. The provider took the time to listen and answer all of my questions, which made a stressful situation so much easier. The facility was clean, organized, and efficient. I’m really grateful for the level of compassion and professionalism shown, this is exactly how healthcare should feel. Anna the nurse and Sue the front desk staff was beyond amazing, Highly recommend!

I’ve been to convenient MD twice, both times were because the wait for my PCP was 2 weeks for a sick visit and when you’re sick waiting another two weeks seems like forever. Both times I was able to book an appointment that worked for me. There was no long wait to be seen and got the necessary help. Everyone was nice, I’m grateful they are there.

Had a great experience at Convenient MD in Plymouth. Kind staff and clean rooms. Usually I’ve disliked all my past urgent care experiences but not here. Unfortunately had to go in on a Sunday and could not have been treated better. Left feeling like I was cared for. Thank you!

I had a very good experience at urgent care today. I found the check in easy and I appreciated that I was kept update on wait time. I was struggling to walk and they provided a wheelchair and helped me to my ride. I so appreciated the care they gave me.

I visited ConvenientMD in Plymouth today and had a very positive experience. Both Jillian and the NP Brittany were so warm and friendly. Luckily, it wasn't to busy so they got me right in. Highly recommend.
