I had not been to the dentist for 5 years because of cancer treatment, so I knew I was probably going to have a mess. Doctor Tom went very slow cleaning my teeth because I have receding gums and very sensitive teeth. He made me feel at ease, joked with me and was super empathetic to sensitive spots. He was amazing. The staff is awesome, as well. They made me feel like I had been coming there for years. Very welcoming. I am 58 years old, and this is the best dental experience I've ever had in my life. And it happened in little ole, Cool, California.

This moment of meeting a new friend, and dare I say kindred spirit led to me meeting the best dentist in the west. Doctor Clements honestly restored my faith that there is still places that actually care. His office assistants Pricilla and Vanessa were as kind and welcoming as ever. I hadn't been to the dentist for 5 years, shame on me, and doctor Clements made me feel like we could not only fix my issues but that he was going to be there to help every step of the way. This was the best experience I have ever had with a dentist office and I drive 45 minutes without hesitation to go see Doctor Clements. My husband and I moved to Cool, CA, from New Hampshire June 2022. Soon after, my husband required emergency dental care, and we were pleasantly surprised by the highly professional dental care provided by Dr. Thomas Clements and his staff. We subsequently booked our regular dental cleaning with the dentistry, and the quality of care and friendliness of the staff was wonderful. Needless to say that we plan on remaining patients of Dr. Clements.

My husband came to Cool for work but was in need of immediate dental work when he found himself in an emergency situation. The ENTIRE staff went well above anything we ever experienced at any other dentist EVER. From insuring his dentures were available on time when the lab made a mistake on their end to making us feel like family even though we were strangers in this little town. To also calling and checking to make sure my husband's dentures were fitting well and taking the time to extend warm wishes to us before our trip. I highly recommend you come to Cool to see the dentist. I know I will be coming back for my own dental care even though we live 3 hours from here. I know you can't get experiences like this just anywhere! Thank you
