Cooper Primary Care at Mount Laurel (formerly Bruneau Family Care)

I have not seen Dr. Hancq or Dr. Bruneau but I have ONLY heard wonderful things about them. I have seen Dr. Yates for almost a year now and she has been nothing short of amazing. She genuinely cares about her patients, she listens to her patients and she makes sure that she and the patient are working on this health journey together. I highly recommend her and whenever I have friends or people who ask for a Primary Care Provider I recommend Dr. Yates with no hesitation whatsoever! She truly is the best Primary Care Provider I’ve ever seen!

Finding a family doctor you truly connect with is so important, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Dr. Brianna Yates. She has a warm and approachable demeanor that immediately puts you at ease. She explains complex medical information in a way that's easy to understand, and she always takes the time to answer all my questions patiently. I never feel rushed during my appointments. Beyond her excellent communication skills, Dr. Yates is clearly highly skilled and professional. The office staff is also wonderful – very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Yates to anyone looking for a caring and competent family physician.

I started as a patient here when this office first opened. The doctors have always been relatable and easy to speak with. However, over the years that I was going to this office, I have had a number of very negative experiences speaking with receptionist staff; some of those occasions I actually cried. The receptionist staff can be pretty nasty. On one occasion the office refused to give me a travel vaccine because “insurance wouldn’t cover it”; my insurance did cover 100% of it. I was already an adult on my own insurance, but I actually had to have my mother call the office and explain that my insurance would cover it because I wasn’t being taken seriously; it’s my health and my own insurance after all and I shouldn’t be blocked from a required travel vaccine simply because a receptionist

Had my first visit with Dr Bruneau today and I have to say, it was such a pleasure. She was so down to earth, very thorough , took the time to listen to all my issues, and also took the time to explain in detail everything I need to do. I felt like she really cared and didn't rush me in and out . I'm very happy I made the switch to Dr Bruneau . I really feel she genuinely cares about her patients and their health. You don't find that anymore with doctors. Dr Bruneau is AMAZING!!

Dr. Bruneau is very personable and she takes the time to sit and discuss your issues with you in detail. She makes the appropriate recommendations and is genuinely concerned about her patients’ holistic well-being! The office staff are polite and professional. The concept of “Open access” appointments is a bonus to make accommodations for acute needs. Thank you for your excellent loyal service with a personal touch! 😁
