Customer Reviews
Over all great experience from beginning to end. Starting with the office staff, my surgery, hospital staff- especially Nurse Daria and my surgeon Dr. Robert Simon. So grateful because it is truly hard to have everything go as perfect as it did.
I'm a new patient that has been in a lot of pain for a really long time. Dr. Sabia is the most caring doctor I've ever met. His office staff was outstanding as well. I have a severe distrust of doctors (not relating to Cooper) and for good reason, but I do trust Dr. Sabia. His bedside manner, skill, and ability to explain my condition without all the fancy words and in a way that made sense is truly something you don't see anywhere else. Trust me, I've looked. I am hypercritical of doctors due to the trauma I've been through and the rights I've had violated. He did his own assessment and LISTENED before popping in the MRI CD and just reading off a radiologist's interpretation. They were able to rush a procedure for me (which I understand is not always possible) for less than a week after
Waited at least a month plus the 2 weeks it took cooper to book the initial appointment. They cancelled my appointment the day before (7/23 for 7/24 appointment) I couldn’t get through to anyone, just put me on hold and it takes me right back to patient intake. I was only going in for impressions/molds for my ear as I’m a musician in popular regional band and needed to upgrade my in ear monitors. Well let me save someone else in my position ,$250 is what this office wanted to charge me. Called ent in marlton got a next day appointment with great Audiologists for $25 an ear. Don’t book here actually book anywhere but here
Fromt desk check-in was great. My nurses were absolutely caring and wonderful and explained everything to me. The anesthesiologists were so nice and explained everything they were going to do. My doctor made sure he came in to see me before surgery to make sure I was all set. The recovery nurse was great, too. Wonderful experience all the way around.
The only good thing about this place was Sebastian at the front desk . Also the lady who scheduled my follow up appointment . Which by the way I canceled! I went there in June! Saw a Dr for my sinuses. I had a CT scan done at the request of my primary Dr. I took the disk into my appointment . Okay, well, when in with the Dr. he looked at the scan , kinda said everything looked okay and was sending me on my way . Well, I asked about the report notes. I had the report with me! so I went over it asking questions on the concerns on the report . Oh well let's look again at the scan . Ohhh this area may need to be checked on in 4 months ! Well it gets worse ! I was charged the ridiculous office visit PLUS over $500.00 for surgery ! What surgery ?! I looked at notes, and looking up m
