Very passive agressive woman at the front desk was being somewhat uncooperative. I explained that I’m a student trying to print 105 slideshow slides, condensed into 12 slides per page (front and back). She claimed it wasn’t possible, even though it’s simply a printer setting that takes just a few seconds to adjust. Instead, she insisted on printing them using over 50 sheets of paper, which is unnecessary and wasteful.

I've used their services for many years, for both business and personal needs. Their staff are some of the nicest people in any local business. They are knowledgable, they give you their attention, and they use their skills to give you a superior product.

I experienced a mix up on mode of shipping. Unbelievably they were totally receptive and worked with me to resolve the issue immediately. I have to say it was one of the more pleasant experiences, dealing with an awkward situation. Our community is lucky to have a business like Copy Copy in the Valley. Locals rule!
