Because of the frustrating wait time with the Torrance office (which is closer to my home), I changed my visit to Dr. Kwan's San Pedro office where the staff of Paola, Elle, Karishna, Ana Lani, and others are courteous and quite helpful by phone and in person. The wait tine was short, within 15 minutes of my appointment. I have always found Dr. Kwan to be empathetic, attentive, and. responsive to my questions and concerns, and am impressed that our discussions drew from his own research, both from medical journals as well as from his professional experience. His soft-spoken demeanor puts one at ease and his medical advice is clearly understood. The visit was efficient and not rushed. Dr. Reddy is excellent. In contrast to many other healthcare providers, she never rushes through my visits and dedicates as much of her time as needed to discuss the relevant health issues comprehensively while answering all of my questions. She listens attentively and actively engages.

Never have to wait long to get in. Dr. Roopa is always very kind and friendly I like how she really listens to whatever issues you may have and seeks to resolve them in a timely manner. I also like dealing specifically with Elle at the front desk. She is friendly, efficient and always so very helpful!

Well managed visit all around front office to Doctor Kwan. Doctor is very professional, excellent communicator- put me at ease for a tough diagnosis and future treatment. He inspires confidence and competence- to the patient for the ongoing treatment.

Dr. Kwan was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He took the time to explain everything to me, and I never once felt rushed. I will highly recommend him.
