Cordial Dental on Wall Street in Norwalk is the best Dentist office I have been to in 20 years. My Hygenist, Zainbar was kind and gentle on my teeth, and Dr. Bou is great too! Highly recommended.

I scheduled an appointment and arrived on time, but after waiting almost an hour past my appointment time, I was never seen. The only explanation I received was that there was a delay. No clear communication, no time estimate, and no effort to accommodate me after such a long wait. What made the situation worse is that instead of resolving it that day, they rescheduled my appointment for an entire month later. I find it extremely disrespectful to treat patients this way and to play with people’s time. We organize our schedules around medical appointments, and our time should be valued just as much as theirs. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the customer service is top-notch. I had the pleasure of seeing the dental hygienist, Dr. Zainab, who was so gentle and thorough. Dr. Tobar is absolutely the best — very detailed in her work and excellent at explaining everything clearly, which really put me at ease. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care with a team that truly cares about their patients!
