Edit as a Response: If you have been harmed by Dr. Kaur and her team as Cosmo Smiles Dental services, please place a complaint to the Virginia Board of Dentistry for them to catalog all the complaints and conduct investigations. Collect all the evidence, ask for your medical records from Dr. Kaur and get multiple opinions from other dental practices to support your claim. I initially sought dental care from Dr. Kaur after being told I had a single cavity. After reviewing my X-rays, Dr. Kaur confirmed the one cavity but also stated that I had “minor fractures” on many of my other teeth. She recommended preventive sealants on an additional 14 teeth. I had a terrible experience in this place . I didn't want to share it but they keep calling me trying to get me to schedule an appointment when i absolutely will never go back there. I went about a year ago for a simple 6 months cleaning because i moved to the neighborhood and i found this place nearby . From the beginning was a nightmare. They took more than 50 min taking my X Rays , they used an awful machine that hurt me so bad , with all the pain i told them if they skip that part and they kept saying the doctor needed it (The whole week i had pain in my gums after that) . When they finally finished the dentist came and told me based on my X-Rays i needed a deep cleaning and i had to schedule for another day , they needed to use anesthetics and i would take about 2 hours.
