Costa Mesa Urgent Care

Dr. Mendy is truly special. From the moment she entered the examination room, I sensed her genuine concern, compassion, and warm heart. She provided excellent care and made me feel comfortable. She made going to urgent care as pleasant experience as possible. She was friendly, patience, attentive, and easy to talk to. She made me feel like she was treating me as a family member or friend. I am incredibly grateful for her care and highly recommend her.

Everything was excellent. The urgent care center was very clean and well organized. The doctor was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. They listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and treated my ear infection right away. I felt comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommend this place and the doctor.

Have been to this urgent care a few times in the past and always experience great care and service by all members of staff. Today the service was exceptional as I had a urgent non-fatal question while visiting NorCal and, given it was the weekend, reached out to this urgent care center to soothe my nerves. The woman on the phone was so kind and attentive, she definitely made me feel so much better!

Love this urgent care - they are usually very efficient and kind with wonderful attention to patients, however, every now and then you encounter one nurse practitioner who really just dismisses you or anything you say. All other experiences I have had here were lovely, but her attitude toward me really frustrated and disappointed me. Sad that there are some who still don’t want to actually listen to patients.

Everyone was extremely nice. Both the receptionist women were so helpful and so nice. The gentleman who took my X-rays was extremely professional and friendly as well. As for the doctor she was very professional and very sweet. I highly recommend this place
