Costco Pharmacy

I came to Costco to buy a $1,800 furniture set, which came in three large and heavy boxes. After paying, I went to the front desk and asked for help loading the boxes onto a cart just to get them out of the store. I wasn’t even asking for help loading them into my car — just onto a cart. I asked three separate times, waited almost an hour, and no one showed up. In the end, I had to load everything onto the cart myself and get it out of the store alone. What made it worse is that I’m an Executive Membership cardholder — supposedly their highest level of membership with better service and perks. But apparently, that means nothing. This experience was extremely disappointing. Poor customer service, lack of accountability, and no respect for customers spending serious money. I do not recomme

Technicians are Very nice. The pharmacists are also very nice and professional. I get my shots there flu and booster. Doesn't hurt and is private. I get all my prescriptions there now for the last 2 years. They are very helpful if you have a gold RX or no other way to pay for prescriptions.

It’s a great store they have great prices and always trying something new!! Just one thing Costco if you can make more space towards the the exit of customers leaving your store would be nice. Otherwise great job that includes the employees too some could be friendly which is what people like !!!

Usually waste of my time. Takes them over 30 minutes to refill prescription. Staff if not helpful. The only reason I come here are their prices.
