Costco Pharmacy

I had an issue with my FSA card at the pharmacy in Costco. Jen, the manager and pharmacist was extremely helpful in getting it taken care of went way above and beyond which you needed to do to get it fixed and now everything works fine. Thank you so much for helping me out and I recommend that pharmacy highly. I don’t know if everybody’s aware, but you can actually access the pharmacy without being a Costco member. Thanks again for your help. Great experience.

After having insurance refuse one medication and CVS not having another at Target, we went to Costco to see what help we could get there. Sheri and Brian pulled out all the stops to help us as quickly as they could, in spite of it being the usual insanely busy day at this Costco. Can't say enough about how kind and helpful both Sheri and Brian were. Thank you so much!!!!

The Costco mail order pharmacy has the worst customer service of any pharmacy I’ve had to deal with in 39 years of needing insulin and supplies. They offer no assistance. They receive an rx and contact you and let you know you need to build your own account on Costco and if it’s not done in two days they’ll trash the rx. No follow up. Than they get the rx and flip the script with out even a conversation. They won’t let you out a credit card on the account you build unless their is an rx there already and than you get another call after the rx is received that they will again trash your order if they don’t have a credit card on file in two days! Worst customer service I have ever seen for life extending prescription needs. I can’t believe they’re still in business.

Everyone at this pharmacy is incredible. Jade and Jennifer are two of my favorites. They are all outstanding and Costco should be proud of the incredible service. I wish I was better with names as I would want to point them each out!

I went to pick up my Significant Other's Rx. When asked my relationship to them, I said they are my life partner. The Pharmacy Tech very smugly said, "I'll put you down as friend." I was obviously shocked. She said "Oh I'll put you down as very very best friend." I said you can put girlfriend or fiance. She shrugged it off. I was in such shock from this show of HOMOPHOBIA, that I just walked off even though I still had questions. I have been a loyal Costco member since birth, I love Costco. My Partner and I just moved here from Utah, I expected more inclusion here. I guess there's still more to work on. This shook me to say the least.
