Costco Pharmacy

After striking out with a number of local pharmacies, Alec has been a breath of fresh air. He remembers my name, remembers my family names, and just gives great service along with the rest of the staff there. Would definitely recommend.

Super super helpful!!! The Costco Pharmacy staff in Mt. Juliet really helped me out when my previous pharmacy dropped the ball. Costco even contacted my doctor and insurance to fix my old pharmacist's mistakes!! So glad I made the change!!

This is the worst experience as a new patient I have ever had. They literally held my prescription hostage until I waited for over an hour just to tell a pharmacist, “No. I don’t need any assistance or have any questions.” Who has time for that?! Can’t wait until I can get a different servicer!

Alec was very nice and walked me through my monthly prescription. He gave me helpful tips on when to call so I could pickup my prescription even with my difficult schedule. I will only go here from now on!! Thanks Alec!!!
