You don't need to be a member to use Costco Pharmacy. I just had a nightmare scenario with trying to contact pharmacies to find a particular medication item and I went from nightmare scenario at CVS Pharmacy to dreamlike-state at Costco Pharmacy. A real human being picked up the phone in the pharmacy within 30 seconds. Music to my ears. They worked with me for 10-15 minutes finding these particular medication items, very specific item, and then they helped me get squared away for a temporary gameplan for today to pickup a temporary medication item while I wait for their ordering of other specific medication item that comes in on Monday. What a difference from the others! I spoke with Heather and she was very helpful and spent a good amount of time discussing everything with me. You actually feel like a valued customer at this pharmacy. Great people and a fantastic morale, you can see it!
