Costco Pharmacy

They’ve become so tyrannical with the entrance and exit policies comes off absolutely snobbish. People don’t need a member to visit the pharmacy yet every time I do they make me feel like I’ve broken into Fort Knox without asking.

Save yourself the time and headache and just go to another pharmacy. Always an issue and lying about having something in stock only to have you wait with zero update and then tell you it’s on back order.

Janette in the pharmacy is not helpful, not kind, not professional and should not be dealing with customers in person, nor on the phone. She has never been good at customer service, yet the manager does nothing about it. I stopped using the Costco pharmacy on Eubank years ago because of her, but I had to have a prescription sent to them because my pharmacy didn't have the drug and it was after emergency surgery and was needed right away. She was rude, not helpful, unprofessional and hung up on me.

Last week I saw I was going to run out of my dog Lillian's eye drops for her glaucoma. I called the Costco pharmacy on Eubank on Sunday and renewed her two prescription because I noticed she still had refills. The pharmacy bot said I could pick them up after 2pm on Monday, so I began postponing my shopping trip until the next day and told my husband he'd have to wait for his precious Costco chili. 10 minutes later I got a Costco Pharmacy text Lillian's orders were ready! I grabbed my purse and made it to the pharmacy, just as they were turning off the lights! I got the drops and my husband's precious chili too!

Pharmacy issues. Not only was it a longer process than expected for my prescriptions, but Kaitlyn made my experience that much more unpleasant by skipping me in life after waiting. When I let her know she said "oh thats ok". This is one reason customers hate dealing with customer service reps. as someone who also works in customer service. I will opt for delivery from now on.
